Modifica sau determina un substantiv sau pronume care indeplineste functia de subiect sau parte secundara de propozitie.
Functia de subiect:
- The small boy over there is my friend.
Functia de parte secundara de propozitie:
- complement direct / indirect:
- We made an extraordinary discovery.
- complement circumstantial:
- They often go out on quiet evenings.
- complement prepozitional:
- She complained of the bad weather.
